Combined with Walton-on-the-Naze, Frinton is celebrated for it’s fine sands, fishing and golf. The Naze is situated 2 miles North East of Frinton and the eastern most point in Essex county. Frinton is well reknowned for it’s fossils.

Until the late Victorian era Frinton consisted of just a few cottages, a church and a farm.
